The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) is responsible for regulating and ensuring the quality of all higher education providers in Australia.

Bite was selected to design and produce the 2015-2016 Annual Report. Initially, we met with key TEQSA staff to gather text from various areas of the organization, editing it to maintain a consistent voice throughout the document. After formatting the Annual Report, our proofreader meticulously reviewed the entire document, including the financial statements.

There was a request to not use any images other than the portraits of the Commissioner and CEO, so to introduce some interest we created a pattern of triangle shapes using the TEQSA limited colour palette of greens. This pattern was used on the cover, and then on the section dividers, it was designed to give the impression of a tab by using a drop shadow. The client was delighted with the result and with Bite’s capacity to turn around such a large document of 128 pages, in a limited time.
