The Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning’s Pilot Water Sector Adaptation Action Plan aims to drive adaptation across the water sector. Under the Climate Change Act 2017, a legislated plan is required to assist Victorians to participate in determining how the water sector will evolve in the face of climate change.

As well as designing and producing the entire document, Bite produced an illustration that showed the impacts of climate change on the water sector. By introducing this illustration into the document, we were able to convey a number of climate consequences in one ‘snap shot’ which enables the concepts to be easily understood. As well as adding clarity to the messaging, the illustration adds colour and visual interest.
