Water Sensitive Communities

The City of Kingston, along with the Victorian State Government and Melbourne Water, implemented a water sensitive precinct in Edithvale Reserve. The precinct reuses stormwater, which filters through a rain garden and into rainwater tanks, that can then be used to irrigate sports grounds, water street trees and flush toilets at community facilities.

Bite developed illustrations to depict the stormwater lifecycle within Edithvale Reserve. Bite then designed two informative on-site signs that utilised the lifecycle illustration.
