Pop Up Bar branding and collateral

Every February, the City of Kingston’s arts division, Kingston Arts, holds a pop-up bar on each Friday night of the month to showcase local music and art.

Looking for a refreshed brand to target a more family-friendly line up of workshops, music, dance and entertainment, Bite was asked to develop a new logo and illustrations to showcase four differently themed weeks: Midsumma, Like a Valentine, Disc-OMG and Good Vibrations.

A modern yet fun typeface was used in the branding to help appeal to the wide audience, and the illustrations featured elements of what was on offer for their respective nights.

Bite developed several collateral items to advertise the Pop Up Bar, including posters, postcards, digital screens, email banners, web banners, billboards and social media posts.
