Downer Group designs, builds and sustains assets, infrastructure and facilities across Australia and New Zealand. 

Downer has a strong culture of supporting employees in their health and wellbeing. Through developing a Health and Wellbeing at Downer booklet, they provide useful information as a resource for their employees.

Bite was asked to refresh the design of the existing 24-page Health and Wellbeing booklet, with the aim of making the document more friendly, inviting, easy to follow and less corporate (while still maintaining the Downer brand).

By introducing large photos and colourful infographics, as well as a hand-written font, the design developed into a fresh, contemporary and friendly booklet.
