To promote, build and maintain health, safety and wellbeing through it’s employees, Downer developed a Mental Health Protective Factors Manual as an online internal training resource targeted at managers and emerging leaders across all businesses/industries.

Bite was asked to bring to life the words and concept behind this manual – and through the use of illustrations, diagrams, clear design and colour-coded sections, Bite created the 80 page Mental Health Protective Factors Manual.
