CARE Employee Assistance Program

Downer Group designs, builds and sustains assets, infrastructure and facilities across Australia and New Zealand. With over 53,000 employees across more than 300 sites, Downer wanted to provide an employee assistance program (in conjunction with external provider Assure).

This program was called ‘CARE’ (Coaching. Advice. Resilience. Encouragement.) and was developed to provide Downer employees a free and confidential service with access to experienced psychologists to help with various wellbeing concerns.

Bite designed an overall visual style for this program that allowed for co-branding of Downer and Assure. A wide range of advertising collateral was developed including: posters, flyers, info cards, email banners, intranet banners, screensavers and digital advertising.
