The City of Kingston’s arts division, Kingston Arts produces a half-yearly magazine that promotes upcoming events across six months.
Bite was asked to design and produce the 44-page magazine featuring various events across several categories: performance; families; live music; venue hire; community events; public programs, public art, festivals and visual arts.
The challenge came from combining many different events – some with their own prescribed branding and some that required creation of a look and feel to make the event exciting and interesting – yet all events had to sit within a cohesive design that identified them as Kingston Arts events.
Advertising collateral for the events was also designed by Bite, which ensured design consistency for each event.
Following the release of the magazine and advertising, performances were in high demand with many shows often sold-out.
