The Australian Beef Sustainability Framework (ABSF) was established by the Australian beef industry to help meet the changing expectations of consumers, customers, investors and other stakeholders, and promote the longevity and prosperity of the industry.

While designing ABSF Annual Update reports over several years, Bite was required to depict the beef supply chain: farm to saleyard to transport to feedlot to processor to customers to consumer. We created the first version as a flow chart superimposed over an illustrated cattle farm scene.

The following year, we produced a new supply chain graphic as a linear chart containing updated data. This was located over a new illustration that we produced to represent all seven elements of the supply chain.
